How to register?

What is profile approval?
Profile approval verifies the details submitted by users to ensure they meet the Ceylon Nikah terms and conditions. The approval process takes a maximum of 6 to 24 hours. All approved profiles will be notified via email or SMS. For manual registrations, the process includes submitting a verification form and may involve additional steps for verification.
How to make a payment?
Currently we accept only cash deposits and bank transfers, details for Commercial Bank PLC will be sent after selecting cash as the payment mode. Please mention your profile ID in the bank slip or transfer details. Attach the bank slip and upload it when purchasing the package..
How many profiles can I submit?
You can submit only one profile for yourself and you can give support to create profiles for others.
Why is my profile image not approved?
Your profile image may not meet our guidelines. Please ensure your photo adheres to our Profile Image Guidelines. If the issue persists, refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.
I found a life partner for the profile I submitted. How can I stop that profile from receiving messages from other profiles?
Click the “Deactivate my account” button to indicate that you have found a match. The profile will not be visible to other users immediately and will not receive further messages. For more details, refer to the Blog section.
Is CeylonNikah.lk a secure website?
Yes, we have SSL certification from Comodo, ensuring secure communication with our website. We continuously update our technology to prevent potential breaches and provide a safe experience for our users.
Features and Processes
What is the “Express Interest” feature? The “Express Interest” feature allows you to show interest in other profiles using a heart-shaped button. The selected member will be notified and added to your “My Interest” group. You can view and manage your interests, and accept or delete interest requests from others.
How does the “Ignore” feature work? You can click the “Ignore” button to exclude profiles from your view and search results. You can manage your ignored list and remove members if you change your mind. Ignored members will not be notified.
What is the purpose of the “Shortlist” feature? The “Shortlist” feature lets you save profiles of interest in a shortlist group. Grooms see only bride profiles and vice versa. Shortlisted profiles can be managed from the “shortlist” section, and members are not notified when added to your shortlist.
What is the “Profile Photo” review process? Profile photos must adhere to our guidelines and will be manually reviewed. Photos must be clear and meet specific requirements:
Male: Show the face clearly without distractions.
Female: Show the face covering ears and hair as much as possible.
Best Picture Size: 200 pixels X 200 pixels.
What are the manual registration steps for foreign users?
Provide Details: Submit personal details via the contact form.
Review and Confirmation: Details are reviewed and confirmed via WhatsApp.
Profile Creation: A profile is created, and login credentials are sent via email.
Verification Form Submission: Submit a verification form detailing the individual whose information you are providing.
Verification Process: Admins review the form and complete the verification process. A verified badge is awarded upon successful verification.
What is the process for profile deactivation and reactivation? Registered accounts can be deactivated and reactivated through the reactivate page. Deactivation will stop electronic communications and hide profile information. Accounts can be deactivated up to three times; beyond this limit, accounts will be permanently locked.
